Services We Provide

Massage Therapy

- Sports Massage is designed to help you prepare for an upcoming event and/or aid recovery after a workout or competition. Utilising a sports massage therapist as a part of your training program can help you to reduce the chances of injury and speed up your recovery times. Join the growing number of top athletes and amateur sports people around the world that are discovering the benefits of sports massage.

- Remedial Massage Therapy targets specific muscles utilising advanced massage techniques. This approach is great for the relief of trigger points, sub-acute and chronic pain associated with Work or Sport. These sessions focus on muscle dysfunction and postural imbalances and may include specific stretching and exercises to assist the soft tissue work carried out during the session.

- Relaxation Massage is a soft flowing style of massage that allows the body and mind to let go of tension and stress. Perfect for those who want some time-out for themselves or can make the perfect gift for a friend or member of your family.
